The Dreaded SPAY

Poor little Boo was spayed last Friday. Mommy cried so hard when she dropped Boo off at the Vet (that's her little baby!). Boo was so sick Friday night, but by Saturday afternoon she was acting almost completely normal and by Sunday you couldn't tell anything had ever been wrong with her. We're so happy she's feeling good and all happy again.

Hike to Dog Lake

We hiked to Dog Lake up Millcreek Canyon today. It was about 4.5 miles round trip and Boo really enjoyed it. She met lots of other dogs but she was the smallest. I think she secretly wants to be a big dog.

Yesterday we took Boo to Cascade Springs. She really enjoyed meeting all the kids that were up there camping. There are lots of wooden bridges that you can walk on over the river. At first Boo was really afraid of them because they squeeked when we walked on them and you can see through the slats. I think she thought she was going to fall, but she eventually warmed up and started running across them.

This is the first post for Boo!'s blog.

We got Boo! on July 7 when she was just a tiny 8 week old. She weighed a whopping 1 lb and could fit in the palm of our hands.

Boo! now weighs almost 3 lbs and she is a MANIAC. She started "Puppy Kindergarten" on August 30th and we are hoping it teaches her some MANNERS!!
